With two living areas and a nook in the master bedroom, there is plenty of space to spread out when winding down for the day. Enjoy playing one of the many board games and puzzles or watch some TV with Roku. Want some fresh air? Relax on the patio or balcony with a refreshing drink in hand. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and cups. Condiments, spices, and coffee are all provided for you during your stay as well! Newly added coffee bar with coffee bean grinder and French press! If grilling is more your speed, we have you covered. We provide propane and grilling utensils. Each bedroom is on a separate level providing plenty of privacy. When ready to freshen up you'll have fresh towels, and high quality products from Public Goods provided at no charge to you (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion. and soap). Hair dryers and ironing board available too! Lastly, need to do laundry? Use the washer and dryer on the lower level with provided detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

Nestled near the center of The Territory is Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, known for its 63 holes of championship golf and open to the general public. For the benefit of our property owners, their friends, family members, and rental guests, The Galena Territory Association, Inc. (GTA) has set aside 1,900 acres of protected recreational land, providing facilities and amenities that include hiking trails, Lake Galena, a marina complex, an equestrian center, and a clubhouse complex. Together, The Galena Territory and Eagle Ridge offer elegant accommodations, excellent food, tennis, horseback riding, swimming pools, boating, and fishing on 225-acre Lake Galena, and hiking and biking through over 31 miles of wooded trails. Property owners and their guests are welcome at Lake Galena, the Owners' Club, and Greenspace and Trails in The Galena Territory. They are also invited to participate in GTA activities and events.

Beautiful location and condo! Everything was perfect for our group of 6. King bed and half bath on main level, Queen bed with full bath upstairs, 2 Twin beds with full bath on lower level. The lower level living space was comfy for all of us to hang out and watch TV. Doug was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Not a thing

Location was BEAUTIFUL, quite. Explanation of the BnB was spot on! Plenty of everything we needed was already there! Walk in ready. I had forgotten the pin for the code to get in..well I entered the wrong one. I Called Doug's number and he returned my call promptly and walked me through the process on my cell. At the BnB reception was great. Even with all the rolling hills and valleys. THANK GOODNESS CAUSE I WAS FREAKING OUT. Highly recommend booking with Doug and his BnB. I know we will call on him again and refer to friends. Even got a discount through Booking.com. I have to share this also..so you can be reassured if you ever need to call 911 at Dougs BnB for a medical emergency. The reception on my phone was great. Dialing 911 got immediate respond time from medical services. An alarm also went off throughout the house after I dialed 911. Repeating 911 in route. Arrival time was quick and a god send with all the trained medical professionals on hand. Even though was on 3rd floor the EMT team was amazing and comforting to us. All ended well that early morning for us. It was very hot outside that weekend and very very humid. Walking into BnB was warm. Adjusted the separate thermostats in all the rooms. That place cooled down QUICK!!! For a 3 level BnB the a/c was perfect and kept up in all the humidity outside. Amen

It is very close to Eagle River Resort! I didn’t realize it was 3 stories. The entrance, kitchen, living room, ONE bedroom & 1/2 bath was on the 2nd floor. Three of us were 65+, which meant a shower required stairs up or down, which was not ideal.
